Instructions:

Apricot Filling

1 pound dry apricots
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup drained, crushed pineapple (optional)

Cover apricots with water. Boil until soft. Drain and grind or use food processor. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Cool.
