Instructions:

Raspberry Yogurt Smoothies

1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries, thawed
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
3/4 cup milk
1 (8 ounce) carton lemon yogurt

In blender container, combine raspberries and sugar. Cover; blend until raspberries are crushed. Add milk and yogurt; blend until smooth. Serve immediately

Makes 2 (1 cup) servings.
