Instructions:

Hunter Sauce

Serve with leg of lamb or roasted turkey.

1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup apple jelly
3 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring until smooth.

Yield: 1 1/3 cups (about 8 servings)
