Instructions:

Butterscotch Dip

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup butterscotch ice cream topping
1 tablespoon brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Combine all ingredients in bowl; cream with spoon until smooth. Chill.

Serve with apple slices.

Yield: 1 1/4 cups
