Instructions:

Hot Pancake Topping

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup preserves or marmalade*

Melt butter or margarine in a heavy saucepan. Stir in honey and preserves or marmalade. Heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Serve hot over pancakes.

* Raspberry preserves, apricot preserves, strawberry preserves or orange marmalade.
