Rim chilled glass dip in white creme de menthe and then superfine white sugar.

Fill glass alternating with original vanilla Yoplait and fresh berries of the season, (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries) and drizzled with vanilla syrup, another layer of yogurt, berries and syrup and finished with whipped cream and garnish with one of each with strawberry cut in half. Garnish with mint and 2 Speculos Cookies and a dusting of powdered sugar.

Vanilla Syrup---½ cup sugar, ½ tsp. Pure vanilla extract, ½ cup water that is simmered together for 15 minutes and then cooled
