Instructions:

Tartar Sauce a la Ritz
Serves: about 1 1/2 quarts

Ingredients
1 quart Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 cup Cains sweet pickle relish, drained as much as possible of juices
1/2 cup dill pickles, chopped, 1/8 inch
2 tbsp. capers chopped, 1/8 inch
2 tbsp. lemon juice, fresh squeezed
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. white pepper

Preparation
Mix all ingredients until creamy,then refrigerate. This will keep for 2 months in a refrigerator.
