Confectioners' Sugar Replacement

Yield: 4 cups (1000 mL)

2 cups (500 mL) nonfat dry milk powder
2 cups (500 mL) cornstarch
1 cup (250 mL) granulated sugar

Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender. Whip until well blended and powdered.

Exchanges: 1/4 cup (60 mL): 1 bread 1/2 nonfat milk or 1/2 bread
