Instructions:

"Real" French Dressing

Increase these proportions to get the amount of dressing you need.

3 tablespoons good quality olive oil
1/8 tablespoon salt
Dash of pepper
1 tablespoon wine, rice or plain vinegar

Mix olive oil, salt, pepper and vinegar. Mix well with a wire whisk and serve immediately.
