Instructions:

Jelled Cucumber Salad

1 envelope unflavored gelatin
2 tablespoons cold water
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup hot water
3 to 4 tablespoons lemon juice
6 medium cucumbers, peeled, seeded and diced
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup minced onion

Soften gelatin in cold water. Blend in sugar and salt. Add hot water. Cool.

Add remaining ingredients. Pour into a 9-inch square dish. Refrigerate until firm.
