Instructions:

Eternal Cole Slaw

1 head cabbage, shredded
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Mix oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour over cabbage; marinate 12 hours.

This keeps and keeps and keeps! You can add chopped onion, if desired.
