Instructions:

French Coconut Pie

1 cup butter, melted
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 (3 1/2 ounce) can flaked coconut
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Mix all ingredients until well blended. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
