Instructions:

Crazy Quilt Bread

3 cups Bisquick
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 1/4 cups milk
1 egg
3/4 teaspoon aniseed
1/2 cup mixed candied fruit
3/4 cup chopped nuts

Mix everything, except fruit and nuts, vigorously for a half minute. Stir in fruits and nuts. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 to 45 minutes or until it tests done.
