Yield: 4 servings

2 ea Ripe mangos, peeled & cut into bite-sized chunks
1 cup Seedless red grapes
1/4 cup Sweetened shredded coconut
1 tbsp Fresh lime juice
1 tbsp Maple syrup

Put all ingredients into a medium-size bowl and toss gently to mix. Serve right away.
