Instructions:

Lemon-Cheddar Cheese Mold

2 small boxes lemon Jell-O
2 cups boiling water
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1 cup whipping cream (not whipped)
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water and let cool.

Add whipping cream, Cheddar cheese and pineapple; pour into mold and chill until firm.
